In order to update this page, I felt it important to mention that I am presently instructing Digital Art, Digital Art-Beyond the Basics, and Digital Art Studio at LVS (Leader in Virtual Studies) Online School. I am really having the time of my life in sharing everything I know and continue to learn with a wonderful group of students and am fortunate enough to be affiliated with such a prestigious school.
I have found a great program and encourage you to download the Free Trial Version. Color Wheel Pro - a unique software program that allows you to see color theory in action. With Color Wheel Pro, you can create harmonious color schemes and preview them on real-world examples.
April 16, 2001, I was informed that I had won the first annual PIRC (Photo Impact Resource Center) egg hunt! All I can say is that I'm really lucky, not only in the winning, but the wonderful people who are members! (See lovely crown above).
This beautiful graphic I received for just participating in the 2001 PIRC Christmas puzzle contest, which was run by Rosie Hardman, one of the most talented people I know:

I've met some really remarkable, talented people (and friends) there who are so willing to encourage and share. Please visit this site as it's a "treasure trove" of all kinds of Photo Impact goodies, including a great Bulletin Board. You can also click on my crown to get there! Thanks for a great egg hunt, Rosie...although it was really a challenge to find all 30 eggs! Here's my graphic of my collected eggs.
I have been using Photo Impact for some time now, however, I never utilized the many wonderful tools that it has. Thanks to the tutorials from Stephanie, Dawn, Rosie, Mary Lou and others, I intend to try my wings. I hope you enjoy these graphics as much as I did in creating them.
I also have Paintshop Pro, Corel Painter, Eye Candy and Blade Pro, as well as Adobe PS & Corel Draw 9. From time to time I'll be showing you graphics designed with these great tools, as well.
An update as of 2005 -- I am now in the process of learning Corel
Painter in depth and, although these are my first attempts, I trust to expand my
horizons and hope you'll follow my journey into yet another wonderful graphics
program.
If you like, feel free to use these graphics. I would appreciate a link back
to my website, however. The URL is http://www.reflectionshawaii.com.
