WET stands for "Weekend Theme". An image is posted to the group once a week (ours is posted on Fridays) and you have all week to alter that image in any way you want as long as the image is still partially recognizable. After you are done, you post it to the PIRC Bulletin Board for everyone to see.  

PIRC Challenges are also a lot of fun.  The challenge is not a competition.  It's an opportunity to push yourself and your Photo Impact software a little further than you otherwise might.  It is for fun, relaxation and learning.  If you've never tried a challenge, now might be a good time.  Trust me, no one will ridicule your creation and you might just teach someone something new.  This is a great group and most supportive!  They are lavish with their praise and gentle with suggestions/criticism!  

I've just started doing these and hope to be adding to them in the future!
